Receive 25% off the total cost when you purchase a package of 5 or more reservations, at your applicable rate.

• The reservations must be purchased together and paid for a minimum of 5 days in advance of the first reservation date.
• All reservations must be used within 12 months of purchase.
• Packages and and unused reservations are nonrefundable.

For all reservations, five (5) day advance payment is required. We accept cheques payable to “Tides Canada Foundation”, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

• The kitchen is to be left in the same condition that it was found.
• Dishes are to be loaded into the dishwasher, and the dishwasher turned on.
• Papers and other recyclable items are to be placed in the appropriate recycling containers.
• All food related and other materials brought to the meeting room are to be removed or disposed of.
• Tables and chairs to be returned to their original set up and all equipment to be left on tables.
• Non compliance with these guidelines may result in a clean-up fee.

Coffee service and catering are available through several nearby restaurants and caterers. We recommend the following:

We strongly encourage you to use one of the following options for your bike:

• Free bike racks located at the Easy Park parkade: 160 Water Street (at Cambie Street, across from the cashier).
• Bike rack located outside of the building (use at your own discretion)
• Secure bike room, equipped with changing room and showers, in the basement of the Tides Renewal Centre (secured, accessed by FOB)
• If you choose not to use these options, we respectfully ask you to take care not to damage the walls or carpeting of the Tides Renewal Centre with your bike.

• To ensure a safe and secure building, all bookings require a dedicated onsite staff person for each event, to be approved by Tides Canada.
• This approved person will be responsible for locking the room and building after hours (FOB and security code will be issued by Tides Canada).
• Approved person to coordinate with Sarah Jane Cuff at sarah.jane@tidescanada.org or (604) 647-6611 ext. 254 to pick up a FOB, receive security information and be given a quick orientation to the facility.
