Santropol Roulant is a youth-run community hub that has trained over 1,200 volunteers and employed 155 young people. They deliver up to 90 meals a day to Montrealers living with a loss of autonomy, particularly seniors. Their strong focus on food and food security issues acts as a vehicle for bringing people together across perceived barriers, whether language, culture or generation.
