Year-End Giving Guide
The busiest season for charitable giving is upon us and organizations need our continued support. Please mark your calendars for year-end grant recommendations and donations and be sure to inform your donors of these important dates.

Note: The deadline for grant recommendations for the first cycle in the new year is January 13, 2011. Grants will be mailed out the week of January 17.
Donation Deadlines for a 2010 Calendar Year Tax Receipt
For Funds established by U.S. or international charities: As per CRA regulations, gifts sent directly to the U.S. by a Canadian donor and then forwarded to your fund at Tides Canada, must include the original envelope post-marked for 2010, in order to receive a 2010 tax receipt, without exception.
