AIDS-Free World Fund – to support the charitable work and mission of AIDS-Free World in bringing about a more urgent and effective global response to HIV/AIDS. For information on their programs go to www.aids-freeworld.org
African Rural Development Fund supports URDT (Uganda Rural Development and Training) which addresses the root causes of poverty, poor health and lack of development in a poor district of Uganda. They focus on education and training featuring a community radio station, human rights training and organic farming programs. Now they are launching the innovative African Rural University for Women.
Angkor Hospital for Children Fund supports the charitable work of Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC), which provides ongoing pediatric healthcare, education, and outreach efforts. AHC is funded by the U.S. charity, Friends Without A Border (www.fwab.org), and is recognized by the Ministry of Health as one of only two official teaching hospitals in Cambodia. It is the first institution outside Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s capital, to offer anti-retroviral treatment to children afflicted with HIV/AIDS. Since its inception in 1999, AHC has provided quality healthcare to over 560,000 children, trained over 2,500 healthcare workers, and additionally impacted over 100,000 villagers. Support for AHC’s programs is vital to continually meet the pediatric health needs of Cambodia and to train future healthcare leaders.
ASEM Canada Fund supports orphans, victims of poverty and HIV/AIDS infected and affected children and young adults supported by the Centers of ASEM Mozambique.
Ashoka Canada Fund supports Ashoka Fellows - leading social entrepreneurs who use first-class entrepreneurial skill, creativity and innovative thinking to solve our most intractable social problems.
Aurora Fund supports wilderness-based experiences for youth at risk and other disadvantaged individuals and communities.
The Big Wild Fund a joint-initiative between MEC (Mountain Equipment Coop) and CPAWS (the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society), supports wilderness conservation across Canada. Learn More.
Canadians for Popular Education in Health (EPES Fund) supports the work of the EPES Foundation (Chile) in promoting health and improved quality of life through community capacity-building.
CANODIA Fund - Canadians helping Cambodia’s Youth. Canodia’s current focus is on children working and living at a garbage dump in Phnom Penh. Canodia is working on a building project for youth. They are giving other children a chance to leave the landfill for a loving place that provides food, shelter, education, and the teaching of human values.
Canadian Boreal Fund supports ongoing efforts to bring the Boreal Forest Conservation Framework — an alliance of conservation organizations, First Nations, industry and others committed to safeguarding Canada’s vast boreal forests and wetlands.
CANRAD Fund sponsors young African women in Rarieda, Kenya to be future leaders through education. A special emphasis is placed on orphans and girls from destitute families to assist them to become leaders and role models in their community. Learn about CANRAD.

Cats and Dogs (CANDi) International Fund - Purpose: to support reducing pet over-population through the establishment and support of free spay and neuter clinics and educational programs around the world.
Charlie Russell Bear Coexistence Fund supports Charlie Russell’s conservation work which has shown that humans and wild bears can coexist in mutual respect.
Dignitas International Fund supports a project dedicated to providing dignity for children, youth and families affected by HIV/AIDS in resource-poor settings. Their first project is in the Zomba district of Malawi.
The Drug Policy Reform Fund supports Canadian charities working on diverse aspects of drug policy reform: harm reduction, treatment, policy alternatives, legal aid, and education.
EAGLE Future Generations Fund - EAGLE (Environmental-Aboriginal Guardianship through Law & Education) is dedicated to guardianship of the natural environment through the advancement and understanding of Aboriginal rights and responsibilities. EAGLE programs combine both Aboriginal and environmental law with education, to support stewardship of the environment for the benefit of future generations. The Board of Directors and the staff of EAGLE are predominantly Aboriginal.
Environmental Education Outreach Fund supports outdoor environmental education, bringing instructors and trainers to areas with limited infrastructure or means for hands-on learning; building capacity with students and community.

Forest Ethics Charitable Initiatives Fund supports protection of endangered forests by transforming the paper and wood industries in North America and by supporting forest communities in the development of conservation-based economies.
Genocide Intervention Network Fund aims to increase public awareness about genocide and support government policies, organizations and initiatives designed to help prevent and stop genocide.

Global Security Institute Fund supports international civil society efforts that advance the cause of the global elimination of nuclear weapons.
Great Bear Rainforest Conservation Campaign Fund was created in partnership with The Nature Conservancy to support forest and biodiversity conservation within the coastal temperate rainforest of British Columbia (often referred to as the Great Bear Rainforest) with specific emphasis on investments in science and stewardship activities in First Nation communities on the coast.
Hollyhock Scholarship Fund supports individuals wishing to participate in Hollyhock Leadership Institute’s capacity building programs with financial assistance scholarships.
Hoops 4 Hope Fund: Hoops 4 Hope (H4H) supports youth and community development in South Africa and Zimbabwe by combining the joy of basketball and soccer with an effective HIV/AIDS prevention and life-skills curriculum. Since 1995, Hoops 4 Hope (H4H) has helped thousands of children face the extraordinary challenges of growing up in communities plagued by poverty, HIV/AIDS, and the legacy of apartheid. IICRD Fund (International Institute for Child Rights and Development Fund) - The IICRD Fund supports leadership programs that help Aboriginal youth around the world to expand their personal identity and positive "connectedness" with family, community, culture and the local environments.
Ignite Excellence Foundation Fund was started by the Ignite Excellence Foundation whose purpose is to educate and support women in developing countries to lead their families, communities, regions and countries to equality, which includes a safe and humane living. The fund also supports Canadian initiatives to create the leaders of tomorrow.
Kapasseni Society Fund works to improve the quality of life for AIDS orphans in Caia, Mozambique by providing food, clothing, shelter and education for these children. The fund also provides support, training and tools for foster families and women at risk, to assist them in becoming self sufficient, as well as providing ongoing HIV/AIDS education for the whole community.
LAM Canada Fund. LAM Canada is a group of Canadian women diagnosed with lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM), and their families and friends. Their goal is to raise funds to support scientific research (biomedical, psycho-social) on LAM.
Laura Louie Hope Foundation Fund works to provide healthcare and to improve the quality of life of impoverished people in developing countries through community based grassroots projects.
Light Up the World Fund supports Light Up The World Foundation (LUTW) - an international humanitarian organization affiliated with the University of Calgary dedicated to illuminating the lives of the world’s poor. It is the first humanitarian organization to utilize solid-state lighting technologies to bring affordable, safe, healthy, efficient, and environmentally responsible lighting to people currently without access to proper lighting. Mapendo International Fund supports the charitable work and mission of Mapendo International to fill the needs of people affected by war and conflict who have fallen through the net of humanitarian assistance.
Markets Initiative Fund supports the conservation of Canada’s ancient forests and endangered forests globally by shifting the Canadian corporate sector to ecologically sustainable wood and paper products and encouraging corporate and public support for the protection of Canada’s and the world’s ancient forests. Markets Initiative works with book, magazine and newspaper publishers to leverage their commitment throughout the paper supply chain, right back to the logging companies, to effect conservation on the ground.
Mirasol Project Fund supports the charitable work of the Mirasol Project Civil Association which is focused on improving the quality of life of children living in the remote Andes highlands of the Puno region of Peru by providing them the opportunity for education and improved nutrition.
Oceans Fund supports Living Oceans Society’s charitable activities namely research and education projects that increase public awareness of the problems affecting our ocean and solutions that will ensure our ocean will be healthy for generations to come.
Pacific Wild Fund supports conservation of Canada’s Pacific coast, particularly in British Columbia’s Great Bear Rainforest. Pacific Wild works with environmental organizations, local communities, educators, businesses, scientists and a concerned global citizenry to defend wildlife, protect their habitat and ensure that biodiversity protection is at the forefront of land and marine use decisions
Please Mum Foundation Fund supports charitable initiatives for children and youth. Please Mum is a Canadian-based company that creates high quality, durable kids clothes. Since opening its first store in 1986, Please Mum has been actively involved in the community and in charities across Canada and around the world.
Power Up Canada Fund - at Tides Canada Foundation supports Canadians for Climate Leadership a non-partisan initiative aimed to foster public engagement and awareness about global warming and support balanced and well-informed policy on climate change.
Rideau Institute Research Fund - to support a peace and justice research and education project to better inform decision makers, opinion leaders and the public about Canadian policy on national and international issues.
Room to Read Fund supports an international non-profit organization that is committed to creating long-term solutions to the challenges of illiteracy by intervening early in a child’s life and providing ongoing educational opportunities in their communities. They currently work in Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Vietnam and India.
SEAS Project Fund supports the School for Esoteric Studies Inc’s Spiritual Evolution Assessment Scale web launch and subsequent general support.
Social Venture Institute Fund was established to support Social Venture Institute (SVI), an annual event that offers charity-based entrepreneurs an opportunity to share challenges with peers in an atmosphere of trust and goodwill. SVI has provided over 1,000 entrepreneurs the opportunity to strengthen their business skills, network with other social change leaders, and rejuvenate their passion and vision.
Sojourners Fund to support the mission and vision of Sojourners as a voice of Christian conscience manifested through its grassroots projects and magazine that promote values at the crossroads where faith, politics, and culture meet.
SOLID Fund supports community based grassroots development projects assisting those affected by HIV/AIDS in Sub-Saharan Africa.
St. Paul’s School Fund was created to support St. Paul’s School to educate young people for lives of purpose and giving back to the community.
Stephen Lewis Foundation Fund supports several international projects of The Stephen Lewis Foundation. The Stephen Lewis Foundation works in Africa to provide care to women who are dying of AIDS, so that their last weeks, days and hours are free from pain, humiliation and indignity, and to assist the orphans left behind in every possible way.
The Strachan Hartley Legacy Foundation Fund honours Strachan’s life-long goal of making a difference in the world, by ensuring that children, youth and families in areas of the world where circumstances make it difficult, are provided with life-enriching athletic, educational and health opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
Tibetan Nuns Project Fund raises funds for education and support to approximately 500 nuns in five different nunneries in northern India. The Project is dedicated to: improving standards of foods, sanitation, medical care, basic education and training in existing nunneries; working towards future self-sufficiency through innovative educational opportunities; and establishing further facilities for refugee Buddhist nuns.
