FLOW strives to ensure an effective and sustainable Canada-wide water strategy. FLOW consists of a group of scientists, lawyers, policy experts, and former senior government policy advisors, as well as representatives of environmental organizations, including WWF-Canada, the University of Victoria’s POLIS Project on Ecological Governance, the Soil and Water Conservation Society, Nature Québec, and the Centre for Indigenous Environmental Resources.
FLOW promotes accountability for sustainable water management through outreach and communication and provides thought leadership on pressing and emerging water issues in Canada.
