Posted on Dec 1, 2009

Tides Canada project the Canadian Youth Climate Coalition (CYCC) will represent youth from across Canada at the United Nations Climate Change Conference 2009 in Copenhagan.

35 young people from the CYCC are going to Copenhagen to work for a strong United Nations agreement on climate change, along with hundreds of Canadian youth working as part of the Canadian Youth Delegation Home Team.

During the conference they will work to attract further attention to important climate issues and also raise awareness among Canadians about the international meetings, pushing the Canadian government to act.
