Tides Canada Project seeks Executive Director
Tides Canada Project Capacity Waterloo Region is seeking its first Executive Director-in-Residence (EDIR). This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about social change and can play a key role in shaping a one‐of‐a‐kind program that can be a model for other communities.
Part coach, mentor and sounding board, the EDIR knows what it takes to be successful in the non-profit world and has earned the respect of colleagues for pushing the limits to achieve innovation.
The EDIR will draw on a depth of leadership experience to help non‐profits and social ventures thrive, offering expert advice and connections to a support system that can accelerate organizational innovation and personal growth. The EDIR will be supported by a small fund to access specialized external resources, a cross sectoral advisory panel, volunteer project teams, and a mentorship initiative.
