Digital Media students call for a cause

Students from the  Masters of Digital Media Program at the Emily Carr Institute are calling for your cause.

Their new project The Big Push Social Change Project is worth  $50,000 and is an oppportunity for you to work with them and make a difference through digital media.

They are accepting proposals for a digital media-based project that promotes a philanthropic cause or positive social change initiative.

The proposed project must involve a contribution to sustainability, the environment and/or education within local, provincial, national and/or global communities.

Deadline for applications is Friday, November 13, 2009. Three projects will be shortlisted (announced November 20th), and representatives from each application will be invited to the Centre for Digital Media for a final pitch, to be scheduled the week of November 23, 2009.
