Tzeporah Berman cover girl!

Posted on Nov 10, 2009

Dressed in red and crouched at the foot of a mossy tree, Tzeporah Berman is described by Reader’s Digest magazine as the new face of environmentalism.

Founder of Tides Canada project, PowerUP Canada, she was interviewed about her long running commitment to environmental activism and her recent focus on changing Canadian laws to reduce our impact on global warming.

After the magazine was published she was suprised to discover herself smiling on the front cover. On her blog site ZeroCarbonCanada she reaches out to her new audience and asks them to join with her to act on global warming.

Its a great honour to have been picked for the cover of the November edition of Reader’s Digest! (Though I wish I’d known about the cover ahead of time — I would have gotten my hair done!) read more on her blog ZeroCarbonCanada
