Contact Project
The Contact Project supports leadership in the environmental and social change communities. The Project conducts research to identify specific charitable personal development intervention programs that foster social change and seeks models in the personal growth field that could serve the social change movement.
Hollyhock Leadership Institute
HLI offers skills-development programs in leadership, communications and facilitation to people in the environmental and social change movements. Hollyhock signature programs include the Environmental Leadership Program, Web of Change, and the Social Venture Institute. HLI also convenes and facilitates strategic planning, capacity-building and coalition development among environmental organizations.
Reel Youth
Reel Youth encourages and empowers young people through the medium of film. By facilitating video-making workshops for youth, Reel Youth empowers young people to create short films that address the concerns and changes that they envision for a just and sustainable world. Touring with a youth-juried film festival allows entire communities to see and hear what’s on the mind of tomorrow’s leaders.
Urban Youth Riding Project
The project is focused on developing the skills of urban youth through riding and learning about horses. The goal is for youth to become aware of the natural world, building their own empathic skills, creating community.
