We are looking for a new team member to join our People + Culture (P+C) team who will provide support for a wide range of human resource functions for 150+ employees across Canada. The Advisor will be the first point of contact for all P+C activities and will act as a key enabler of our culture, purpose and values. You will have a proactive focus on support and employee experience and a commitment to excellence. You take pride in what you do, and no task is too big or too small. You bring strong administrative skills to the team and keep things running smoothly in the department. You are someone who pays attention to the details and are always a few steps ahead of others in planning and organizing.
The P+C Advisor reports to the Manager, People + Culture and is highly collaborative with the Payroll Specialist, and other peer Finance and Shared Platform teams.
