Communications and Marketing Specialist
Based in Vancouver, Norah works across the organization to develop, support, and contribute to the communications and marketing initiatives of Tides Canada. She works on a range of ongoing and project-based activities, such as developing social media and website content that tells the Tides Canada story, designing marketing materials for development purposes, and supporting shared platform projects with their communications outreach.
Norah’s communications experience spans roles in the private sector, government and nonprofits. Prior to working with Tides Canada, she worked as a Communications Officer with the Shareholder Association for Research and Education (SHARE), a nonprofit organization focused on helping institutional investors who have an interest in responsible (ESG) investment.
Norah has a BA in Communications Studies from York University and an MA in Global Media and Transnational Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London. In her spare time you can find her exploring the B.C. mountains, planning her next travel adventure, and enjoying good food with good friends.
